Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 15, 2026

At AmazeMatrix, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and operational information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Details: Email address, name, and profile details provided during Google OAuth login.
  • Amazon Marketplace Data: Catalog information, inventory quantities, orders, and financial fees synced via Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) tokens.
  • Transaction Records: Billing details and payment indicators sent by Razorpay (we do not store raw card numbers).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To compile and display profit dashboards, audit reports, and optimization alerts.
  • To process payments and verify active subscriptions.
  • To communicate security updates, system logs, and transactional receipts.

3. Data Security and Encryption

All marketplace integration credentials and tokens are fully encrypted at rest. Communication between our server and Amazon SP-API or Razorpay endpoints is encrypted transit-wide using SSL/TLS.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

AmazeMatrix does not sell or distribute your private store metrics or personal information to third parties. Data is only exchanged with our payment processor (Razorpay) and Amazon SP-API endpoints to perform regular dashboard services.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We store your synced Amazon order metrics permanently to prevent the automatic 60-day seller data purge implemented by Amazon. You can disconnect your store or request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.
