Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to AmazeMatrix. Please read our Cancellation and Refund terms carefully.
1. Free Trial Cancellation
You can start with a 3-Day Free Trial. You can disconnect your store at any time during this period. There are no charges initiated during the free trial unless you explicitly select a plan and complete the Razorpay checkout.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or quarterly Pro subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Settings page in your dashboard and select Cancel Pro Subscription, or contact us. Upon cancellation, your access to the Pro features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further billing charges will be created.
3. Refund Terms
Since we offer a 3-Day Free Trial to fully evaluate the AmazeMatrix dashboard before completing a payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
However, if you experience technical failure or api syncing issues that block your usage of the dashboard, or if you were billed erroneously, please file a refund request at support@amazematrix.com within 7 days of the payment.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, bank account, or wallet) used during checkout. Razorpay refund processing takes approximately 5-7 business daysto reflect in your account.
