AmazeMatrix is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based application designed for Amazon seller analytics.
1. Shipping of Physical Goods
We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical items. Consequently, there are no packaging, shipping fees, logistics partners, or delivery times associated with our Service.
2. Digital Delivery and Access
Upon signing up, you receive immediate access to the onboarding screen. Access to the full Pro metrics dashboard is unlocked instantly in real time upon successful verification of your Razorpay payment transaction or free trial registration.
3. Activation Issues
If your account is not successfully upgraded or activated within 5 minutes after a confirmed payment checkout, please contact our support desk at support@amazematrix.com with your transaction reference. We will manually verify and activate your dashboard access immediately.
