Welcome to AmazeMatrix. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at amazematrix.com and our Amazon Seller Analytics SaaS software (collectively, the "Service").
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
AmazeMatrix provides Amazon seller metrics, financial auditing tools, and PPC analytics by connecting securely with Amazon Seller Central accounts using the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
3. Subscription & Billing
Our Service offers a 3-Day Free Trial followed by a paid subscription. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for payment transactions processed via our payment partner, Razorpay.
4. User Account & Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You authorize AmazeMatrix to retrieve, process, and store operational data from your connected Amazon Seller Central account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the software, or use our Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
AmazeMatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or changes in Amazon's policies or API performance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
